In the South Island, John Moyle combines a mix of intensive training programmes such as 'The Harcourts Way' for new salespeople, through to in-office training for experienced agents and an ongoing series of professional and technical workshops held at our regional office.

John Moyle was appointed South Island Trainer for Harcourts in March 2008. With a background in secondary school teaching (with a spell at Teachers College), IT technology plus six great years selling in real estate, John saw this as an excellent opportunity to combine his skills as a teacher, with his love of realestate. John sees 'creating success' for his students as his highest priority and his greatest source of professional satisfaction. John's big friendly style is a reflection of his lifelong commitment to people. As a teacher he worked with determination to ensure his students succeeded. As a leader of Information Technology in education, John developed the knowledge and skills to make technology work for the users. Then, as now, his passion is people although he still loves those techie tools! As a member of the Harcourts New Zealand team, John enjoys working with consultants from throughout the South Island. Recently he has been involved in developing the Shared Knowledge programmes as well as the Expert panels for Business owners and their leadership teams. The earthquakes that have ravaged Christchurch, have provided John the opportunity to work in a great many offices both throughout the region as well as parts of the North Island. He has been imporessed both by the positive manner in which the Christchurch teams have confronted the many challenges that the changed environment has created for them as well as the support offices and teams throughout New Zealand have given to their Christchurch colleagues.
